No, you are not employed by Rocket Doctor. Physicians on the Rocket Doctor platform work in independent practice, while we provide you with the resources and virtual “space” to support your virtual practice. This allows for flexibility in your schedule and clinical autonomy in how you choose to practice.
Most compensation is received directly from your Ministry of Health for billings you submit for your patients. Rocket Doctor will collect private pay fees from patients and direct those to you.
You can only see patients in provinces where you are licensed to practice. Rocket Doctor ensures that you are matched with patients from the regions where you are authorized to provide care.
No, you set your schedule. There is no minimum hour requirement or call schedule required.
Yes. We provide onboarding, a dedicated support team, and access to video walkthroughs and tip sheets so you can feel confident using the platform.
There is no long-term contract required. You subscribe to the Rocket Doctor platform on a month-to-month basis, and you can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
