With a Rocket Doctor chat subscription, you can purchase virtual doctor appointments, in advance, for the year ahead.
Once you have chosen your package you’ll be allotted a number of appointments for the entire year, from the date your plan was purchased. You will be sent appointment codes for each of your chat sessions. These numbers are basically the same as a gift card / cash, you’ll need to keep these safe and secure.
Once your initial subscription has been paid for you will be given a secure login to access your new patient portal. Here, you can set up your personal information and request chat appointments at an available time that suits you.
Our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team can be accessed within the Patient Portal and are on hand to assist you with booking appointments, follow ups and any queries that you might have.
Each time a chat appointment is required (whether first visit through the website or follow up visits through the patient portal) an active appointment code will be needed.
