Your online virtual appointment is done via a secure video call, just like FaceTime or Skype, but on our secure HIPAA-compliant video platform. No downloads necessary! Join your appointment right from your phone or computer browser. You don’t need to be tech savvy, it’s simple and easy to use. We’ll text you a link for your appointment.
Online visits with one of our doctors are free with your provincial health card or only $50 if you do not have a health card or are visiting from out of province.
Yes, we can prescribe most medications. Our doctor will write you a prescription in real time and send it to the local pharmacy of your choice. Please come prepared with your preferred pharmacy’s contact information.
Physicians on the Rocket Doctor platform can see patients for a wide range of medical complaints, including COVID-19 symptoms, common infections (e.g., UTI, pneumonia, cellulitis), mental health concerns, colds and flu, and doctor’s notes.
