How it Works
Ask for a Referral
Speak to your family doctor about getting a referral to the Dr. Melanie Tannenbaum's clinic. Alternatively, you can click ‘See a Doctor’ and arrange an appointment with a primary care physician and request a referral.
1 hour comprehensive assessment
Speak with Dr Tannenbaum for a custom treatment plan.
Follow-up visits
Attend as many follow-up visits as you need to get support with your treatment plan, address any question, and get help with symptoms of withdrawal if necessary.
Pay Nothing Out of Pocket
We bill OHIP directly. As a covered Ontario resident, you pay nothing.
